With a background in customer service dating back to 2017, I’ve always been committed to helping others. My journey into the hair world started after noticing how each hair appointment left me feeling stronger, more confident, and more me. Every time I stepped out with a fresh install, people would compliment how amazing my hair looked — and those moments fueled my confidence even more. I also have a deep passion for supporting women who face medical conditions that cause hair loss — because everyone deserves to feel beautiful, seen, and secure in their appearance. When I first started selling hair, I realized I could give that same feeling to others. And after I stepped away, the messages I received about how much I was missed in the hair industry reminded me that this wasn’t just a business — it was a calling.

 

Though I didn’t finish college, I knew early on that entrepreneurship was my path — and Charming Hair Factory is where my purpose and passion meet. After stepping away for a bit, I relaunched the brand because the love and encouragement I received reminded me that this space needs what I bring: warmth, honesty, reliability, and a vibe that feels like home.
