order cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once your order has been fulfilled or shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

Wig Lengths: Wigs range from 14 inches to 30 inches. Please note that longer wigs may appear thinner depending on the chosen density.
Density Options:
- 150% – Natural/Light
- 180% – Full/Medium
- 200% – Extra Full
- 250% density is available by request only. Please contact us directly to inquire.

- HD Lace or Transparent Lace
- 5x5 Closure
- 13x4 Frontal
